Nikita Ladguru - Janaseva FoundationMs. Nikita Rajguru Lad from Kubera Bahar is from a very poor family. Finding Nikita in difficult circumstances where she could not pay for education, her aunt admitted her in Devrukh institution in Ratnagiri where she finished school education upto 10th class. Due her father's death she decided to take up a job and stand on her feet. After searching internet for suitable training course, she came across Janaseva Foundation's nursing training school. In her own words " Just 12 days after my father’s demise I took admission in the Nursing School of Janaseva Foundation. My mother too was admitted in the oldage home of Janaseva Foundation. I was given good training here and all the staff helped me a lot. I was totally absorbed in this atmosphere and did not realize how those 18 months flew away. Now, whenever I get opportunity to visit Janaseva Foundation, fond memories of those days come to my mind. She has completed her training and currently employed at D.Y. Patil Hospital in OT on salary of Rs. 14,000 per month and looks forward to a bright future. Mahadev DattaMahadev Datta Koravate aged 27 years is from Taluka Ghatangi, District Yavatmal. He studied till 1st year Arts (F.Y.B.A.). His father works as a hired agriculture labourer and the employment is seasonal and wages are low, therefore there is poverty at home. Mahadev wanted to study further, but his father was unable to support his higher education. Moreover, he was also expected to get employment and help. He searched for jobs in his own town but, Yavatmal being a backward district he could hardly find any employment avenues. In this condition Mahadev was guided to Janaseva's Wardboy /Aaya training course. He joined the November 12th, 2010 – March 12th, 2011 batch and after successfully completing the training, he got employment at Birla Hospital, Chinchwad, Pune for a salary of Rs. 12,000/- per month.
