About the organization
Deepshikha Mahila Bal Utthan Samiti (DSMBUS) came in to being in the year 1980 as the brain child of Dr. Kiran Prajapati well-known physician & social leader. The society was officially registered on 30th Jan, 1987. The organization was setup with the idea of promoting Welfare Policing Activities. Since its inception, DSMBUS has made significant contributions in other areas like education, women empowerment, family counseling, rural and urban development, health, HIV/AIDS and environment.
DSMBUS brings joy and smiles to over thousands of people by continuously working in the field of Computer Training, Vocational Training, Women Hobby Classes, Women Empowerment, Medical, Health, Health Awareness, Family Welfare, RCH, Immunization, School Health, Health Education, Prevention of AIDS, Cancer, Hepatitis, De-addiction, Blindness, Malnutrition, Anemia, etc., Medical Mobile Camps, Orientation Camps, Service For Disables, Environment Protection, Safe Motherhood, Water & Sanitation, Rural Development, Human & Women Rights since 1987. The society has all type of subject experts to successfully implement the projects, own Nursing Home & a Vocational Training Centre. The Society also got ISO 9001:2008 Certification for its outstanding services.
Organization organised Medical Mobile Camps in rural, inaccessible areas of Jaipur district, rajasthan and offered free medical check-up services to the rural people. The target given to the Organization was 2400 patients but the Organization achieved just the 9 times of the target 21,000 patients. Including women and children. The Program supported by World Bank & IPP-IX.
Organization currently running Comprehensive School Health Program and offering Free Medical Check-up of students of Government schools of Jaipur-Rajasthan. India since August,2011. General check-up of the students done by professional medical team and also medicines given of multivitamins & deworming. Organization benefiting 60,000 students of Govt. schools every year.
Organization continuously offering job oriented vocational training to unemployed youth and women in different streams including- Computer Education, Software Engineering, Hardware and Networking, Computerised Accounting, Graphic Designing, Spoken English, BPO Training since 2001 at different urban, semi-urban and rural areas through its vocational training Centre- Deepshikha’s Compucord. The Organization has trained thousands of candidates and placed them in reputed organizations.
Organization continuously offering Career Counseling and Motivational Personality Development Seminars for children, adolescent youth, students, teachers of different schools and colleges and also for staff members of companies. The Organization benefited more than 10,000 people till yet through the Seminars.
